In Sintesi

Aeroponics is the process of greenhouse development of plants without the use of land or any other support aggregate.

La notizia

Aeroponics arises from the need to move the fertilizer in space, since it is not possible to use a zero gravity water flow, nebulisation has been used. The plants are artificially sustained and their feeding is guaranteed by water mist systems, enriched with mineral fertilizers, which directly invests the root system of the plant. The nozzles do not allow the use of organic fertilizers. Nitrogen cycle is missing.
